We have an active and involved Patient Participation Group (PPG) which meets on a regular basis at the surgery or virtually and works with us to improve the quality of the service we offer our patients.
This is a useful interface with our population that helps us understand their needs better and work together to improve and tailor our service for the best outcomes.
