We are currently using innovative ways of interacting with our patients. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus Pandemic we are using Accurx as a platform to facilitate video consulting and sending photos. Please see below information about remote consultations.
Video consulting allows the clinician to make a better assessment of the problem from your own home. The connection is secure. We can do a video call via a smartphone, tablet or a desktop device (with a webcam). A good Wi-Fi connection is ideal.
We may also ask you to send a photo or a document to the practice. These images can be saved in your patient record and can be really useful. You can only do do after you have received a message from your Clinician.
